I also wanted to thank the detail department for doing an A PLUS job!! Am looking forward to my September 8th visit at Chapman Honda!! Also wanted to say a nice word about Lexxie the shuttle driver, as she is one Smooth Operator!!!!

This is my third vehicle from Chapman. In all the time Dale Schulzkump Has been my service advisor. I have been impressed by how professional He has been. He takes what ever is needed to address everything. I have Developed trust in him. He represents the dealership extremely well.that in large measure why I keep retuning for everything. I feel that all information is objective.

Have purchased five Honda’s from Chapman in the last ten years. Decided to lease an Accord Hybrid Touring this time. We were in and out in about three hours or so including a test drive. Car was sanitized and ready for us. Sales person, Janette was personable and well qualified. It was a fine experience as car buying goes, especially during the difficult times of the virus. We felt safe being there.

Ricky was outstanding! He initiated contact for my extended warranty for my malfunctioning AC. Since the inspector wasn’t available to conduct the warranty inspection immediately , Ricky called me a Lyft so I could go home. He followed up with me later that afternoon to let me know it would take a few days to complete the work. I also mentioned a technical service bulletin and he took care of that as well. We enjoyed our experience with Adrian Ramos as much as our previous experience with his brother Abel. It was weird and awkward because of Covid 19 but Chapman and their employees made the experience as pleasant as was possible.
We were a bit worried about Covid protection, but no need for worry. All of the staff were wearing masks and gloves. Rene Thompson, the service advisor, got us in and started right on time. He sent us the results of our inspection by text, minimizing the need for contact. He was professional and courteous. Took the time to get sanitizer and wipe all of the surfaces, i.e. door handles, shift knob and steering wheel while we waited. We really appreciate the service we’ve received at Chapman over the years and especially the extra precautions.

I was informed that one of my tires had picked up a thorn. They advised me that it was repairable. I was able to drive away after 30 minutes.
Mr Soto is knowledgeable, friendly, and the reason why I bring my vehicle to Chapman for service. My previous service advisor was also the same; it`s too bad that Chapman could not retain him. But my transition to Mr Soto is seamless, and I will recommend him to others.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chapman Honda of Tucson. From start to finish, our experience with the Chapman Honda Service Department was spectacular. I will never forget their compassion and great service. My husband and I are at high risk for complications should we be exposed to the Coronavirus. We haven’t even grocery shopped for three months. Our Honda Pilot is under warranty and needed maintenance but we couldn’t risk going in for service. At 200 miles overdue, we were concerned our warranty would be at risk. I called Chapman to discuss our concerns and options. A very compassionate person, Rachel in the Service Department, informed me that Chapman would come pick up our car, perform the services needed, and then drive it back to our home. I actually cried with relief. Caring Chapman service providers, like Parker, wore gloves and masks, and covered our seats with plastic sheets. The vehicle was sanitized after the service and again, after it was driven back to our home. Dale, our wonderful service manager, helped us to avoid any person-person contact. He was very professional, thoughtful, and thorough. He called to inform us and okay all of the services that needed to be provided during our 30k checkup. Chapman's prices were fair and reasonable, as always. AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE - We now have peace of mind that our Honda Pilot is in good condition and that we didn’t risk our health. Thank you, Chapman Honda, for extraordinary service when we really needed it.

Chapman provided a new window for Glass Doctor to replace broken window. Chapman then re calibrated the new window. Everything went well.
I went in yesterday to get a oil change because the light came on in my car. I was so nervous because of everything that is going on with the Coronovirus. I didn't want to go but I had to go in and take care of this. My service advisor was Johnny Kendall and he was so pleasant and made me feel comfortable. They made me feel safe and kept their distance away from me which was great because I am doing the same thing with others. It was a very good experience for me and. I felt safe. The service advisor was great and after they finished with my car they sanitized it. That alone was great. You guys are super to me. Thank you guys for making your customers feel safe.

Purchased a new 2020 Honda Accord hybrid! My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Rose Ballis! Just a wonderful person. We were referred to her by the Costco car buying program. She was very informative with the features on the new car and no pressure to purchase any extras. The finance manager Vinnie Pedregon was awesome!
