Good Service-Pricing Issues
Had oil changed on Feb 14, 2017. Price was stated as $34.95, true price was $37.95. Mandatory Hazmat (oil) charge of ($3) was added. It was suggested the engine air filter be changed. Was quoted a price of $31 and was charged $36.37 before tax. All else was good. Car was done in a timely manner.

I went to Chapman yesterday w/o an appointment for a B1 service. I was cordially greeted by Dave Ginsberg & he informed me of what work would be done on my 2015 Honda Accord. He estimated that it would be completed in about 1hr, 20 minutes. My car was ready within that time frame, including the courtesy car wash.
