James was easy to work with, friendly, and thorough. I always trust Chapman to care for the Honda I bought there three years ago. I love my HRV and wouldn't trust trust anyone else to maintain it.
Had great service yesterday from Chapman again. They're service staff was pleasant and cordial. The free ride share option was great to get me to and from a scheduled appt. while they worked on my Civic. Got a chance to use their Wifi and grabbed a cup of hot chocolate in their spacious waiting area. That sporty white CIVIC and sitting in the showroom had my eyebrows raised.
From our service guy, Josh Fabre, to the parts department guy, my answers and car was taken care of very well. Both were very polite. Everything was done in a timely manner. Thanks Chapman Honda.

I came to the 22nd St. location because my Honda HRV was riding rough with noises. I am a customer there. I didn't want to drive it too far until I discovered what it was. A service manager, Jeff, took it in and helped with the diagnosis. I needed new shocks, etc. He set it up so that the work would be done that day and told me it might not finish until Saturday. He made himself available at any time if I had a question. He arranged for a ride home for me. He contacted me that afternoon to say it was done! I could not come in before closing, so he told me to contact him Saturday morning and he would arrange a ride. I did and he greeted me as I arrived to pick up the car. My experience with Chapman, because of Jeff, could not have been better.

Great service to replace timing belt. Replacement takes better part of 5 to 6 hours, but it was worth it to have a factory trained tech do the work. Dale is certainly one of or the best service advisor in the shop. Thank you.
I came in for a “change batt” indicator. Chapman Honda was able to accommodate me on same day service. The battery was still under warranty and they replaced it free of charge. I was out after an hour. So happy with that and great working with the service advisor.

Used Express Service and was cheerfully greeted by Chelsea Nielsen. Drive Manager Josh Faber scheduled my appointment 160,000 service for me. Chelsea told us that Josh had trained her for the "Chapman way" although she had 6 years experience in the auto service industry. She was very helpful and explained the service procedure. Upon pickup she reviewed what was done. My wife and I were very pleased with Chelsea!
Kendra had a rough time getting our special order CRV Hybrid. She worked overtime and came through for us!
Staff always treat us with respect and we trust them. This time we had James and he was wonderful. I like how they text you and you have the choice of calling them or texting them if need be. On this trip the only thing that did not work right was when I texted back. I never got an answer, so I went in person and was taken care of. The night before I left a message to be called to schedule an appointment the next day and I also filled the form out online to be called for an appointment. No one ever called, I'm guessing something was wrong with the system. Sometimes things just don't work the way they are supposed to. Other than that our visit is always perfect.
Dale was once again truly terrific regarding how je handled our 2018 Honda. Dale is now the number one rated employee at Chapman Honda, overtaking the legendary Lupita Finn. Keep up the good work Dale!!
We were overwhelmed with Rosario help when we stopped by at Chapman Honda to look for a CRV. His knowledge on the model makes, and languages proficiency. He kept in contact with us in concerning to our vehicle deliver process until one day he called us to tell us that he head been resign Honda. He never told us the reason. However, he ensured us that Honda personnel were trustworthy, ensured us that we were going to be taken care, that we shall never doubt Honda professionalism, and customer care. We kind of preceived something awkward as to how someone so knowledgeable wouldn't be in a position more up rather than just a salesperson. We had baught a Acura, and an Accord from this dealer and like how we had been taken care, and feel that this dealer deserves employees that are knowledgeable, caring, and most of all believe and back up the company they work for. After all, this is what makes a company succeed. "Employee that Believe in the Company they Represent". This is what we perceived from Rosario more than any other Salesperson we dealt with before, not that we hadn't been taking care of it properly. However; Rosario was exceptional. Then, Teresa took over Rosario in completing our purchase. She is also very kind WILLINGNESS to help. The transition from Rosario was kind of confusing (to a point that we almost walked out of the dealer after almost 3 hours of Teresa walking back and forth away from the desk asking for help from the manager) for her since she didn't had all the paperwork which reflected what Rosario had Done on our Purchase. ( we had copies of all, and were shared with her from the beginning of siting with her at her desk) We got frustrated with this issue but between her and her manager manage to complete the Transaction amicable. I LOVE MY CRV. it drives so nice it really fulfills my confort, Visualization while driving it, spacious (without filling claustrophobic). I had always said when driving my Accord and I am saying with my CRV "I could drive my car with one finger" I have Joint degenerative issues, and for me this is a big Thing. "COMFORTABILITY, AND VISUAL ALL AROUND" I don't care that they make cars with all these technologies "cameras, and sounds" I need to have visualization around me when I am driving as well as Comfortability. "THANK YOU HONDA".
The diagnosis of the electrical problem with my vehicle was quick and efficient. After identifying the problem, I was informed by my service advisor that the part required was on back order by from Honda factory parts. Obviously, this is not a very good ending as I wait for my part. Prior information on the part indicated that weeks or months may be required to obtain the part. OUCH!
Came in for the recall repair. They washed my car and had us on our way in less than a hour and half thank you

This is my second Honda purchased from Chapman, my sales person Kendra Baugh did an awesome job of securing the vehicle, exactly as I wanted in a timely manner. I would definitely without hesitation by another vehicle from her. I have always had very good experiences with the Chapman team, whether it be service, or vehicle purchase.
Dale is the BEST in my eyes. He's friendly, professional, and always accomadates our needs. He is always willing to do anything for his customers ESPECIALLY bringing up our vehicle when it's completed. I've noticed more than once that he retrieves our vehicles after more than one call on the radio for someone to bring it. Dale jumps into action and doesn't make us wait. He's very professional and greets everyone with a smile and very welcoming. I wish all advisors were like Dale.

We just had our first service for our new Honda CR-V Hybrid and we were very impressed with the ease of setting up our appointment, the helpfulness of the service advisor and the timeliness of the completion of the service, as we were waiting. We were treated courteously and provided with a complete explanation of the services performed. We own other brand vehicles and we can honestly say we are quite impressed with the professionalism at Chapman Honda.

It was easy to make an appt. and reminders sent helpful. Chelsea did a great job on explaining to me the services to be done and also in answering my questions about the 2 recall notices I received. She scheduled those for same day and gave approximate time car would be ready. She texted me when the car was ready within the time she had told me it would be ready.
Even if you charge a fee for credit card payments, IT MUST BE ADDED TO THE BILL when I stick my card into your machine! You cannot give me a receipt and show the same amount on your little machine, then I pay and later I find out that I got charged more! The real charge needs to be transparent from the beginning, on the bill, machine & receipt! Not to give customers a choice to pay by check and save the fee is bad business! Show the extra charge on the bill, receipt & machine prior to people paying, then they can make a choice to by check/cash. You cannot rely on sings you post at the door or the counter! Be transparent as everybody else who charges for credit card payments! Your service is great but these details sour the experience. Please reimburse this overcharge! How do you think people can do their accounting this way? Bill says one amount, actual charge says another. Birgit Harzheim

Josh was welcoming upon my arrival, and briefed me fully on the scope or work and cost, as well as the status of my current service contract. When service was near completion, he informed me of two areas warranting future concern - a battery at half capacity, and a photo of my dirty air filter. He offered some reasonable proactive solutions, which I readily accepted. I feel that my vehicle was comprehensively inspected and analyzed for safety and wear & tear. Josh also inspected my car with me during pickup to ensure that it was clean and in a safe driveaway condition. I am confident of my car's future performance, and hope that Josh is around during my next service visit to Chapman.

I was told it would be an hour, after 1.5 hours I asked and was told the vehicle was being washed. It was another 30 minutes or longer before the vehicle was ready.
Primo service ?????????? Chapman Honda staff put my mind at ease and did their do diligence in making sure that I would have some answers about my car trouble. They fixed the vehicle and even cleaned the car up afterwards, almost didn’t recognize it! Great customer service all the way around. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I was treated well from start to finish, making the appointment, discussing the presumed needed service, speaking with advisor Matt Sams 7351*W* about the recommended present and future service, work completed by tech Angel Ramos and my car was returned to me sparkling. Chapman always treats me this well and I remain a loyal customer.
My only comment is that the check-in process was cumbersome this time. I basically checked in 3 times. Once via the text link, once with a service area person, and finally with my service advisor. I had to repeat what I was there for each time.
Very efficient service late afternoon on a Fri with no appointment! Timely analysis of my tire situation and repairs were made in a timely manner. I was kept in the “loop” by ny service rep as they checked out the car for safety. Very pleased.
